Center-Based ABA Therapy in San Diego for Children Ages 2–7

Superstar ABA Therapy Center is a center-based ABA clinic in El Cajon serving families across San Diego County. We provide play-based, BCBA-supervised 1:1 and small-group ABA therapy for children with autism ages 2–7, with parent training included in every program, no waiting list, and services in English, Spanish and Arabic. We accept Medi-Cal (Molina Healthcare, Blue Shield Promise), Anthem Blue Cross and San Diego Regional Center (SDRC).
What families in San Diego should look for in an ABA center, and how we answer
1. A qualified clinical team. Every child's program is designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and delivered one-to-one by Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). Our BCBA is on site full-time and oversees sessions throughout the day, not just at occasional check-ins.
2. Individualized goals. After a BCBA assessment, we build a plan around your child: functional communication, play and peer interaction, self-care, toilet training and school readiness. Goals are set with you, not for you.
3. Parent training. Parent training is included in every program. You learn the same strategies your child practices at the center so progress carries over to home, preschool and the community.
4. Positive, respectful care. At Superstar, children learn through play. Our therapists respond to every reasonable request a child makes (a break, a different toy, a change of activity) so sessions stay calm, engaging and productive. The goal is not compliance: it is helping your child build self-regulation and gain control over their own behavior as they grow.
5. Transparent progress. Therapists collect data every session, and your BCBA uses it to update goals. Every two weeks, families join a one-hour parent training and progress meeting where we review your child's development in detail and plan the next steps together.
6. Practical fit. Our center is at 624 El Cajon Blvd, El Cajon, CA 92020, in East County San Diego, about 15 miles from downtown San Diego. We are open 7 days a week (Mon–Fri 8:00am–4:00pm, Sat–Sun 10:00am–4:00pm), and our phone line is answered daily 8:00am–11:00pm. There is no waiting list; insurance or Medi-Cal authorization usually takes 4–8 weeks, and sessions start as soon as approval arrives.
