Why Attendance Matters
Consistent participation is essential for your child’s progress in therapy. Each session is scheduled specifically for your child, and steady attendance allows us to deliver the best results.
Cancellations

Planned absences: Families should notify our scheduling department (by phone, email, or text) at least one week in advance if a session needs to be canceled.

Same-day emergencies/illness: Notice must be provided no later than 6:30 AM on the day of the appointment.

Provider cancellations: If SuperStar ABA must cancel a session, families will be notified by 7:00 AM.
⚠️ Frequent late arrivals, early terminations, or three or more “no call / no show” absences may result in a review of services and could lead to discontinuation.
Day-of Cancellations & No-Shows

Late arrival (15 minutes without notice): $25 late fee.

Same-day cancellation after 6:30 AM but before session start: $25 fee.

No call / no show (30 minutes into the session with no communication): $100 fee.
SuperStar ABA reserves the right to cancel sessions or adjust drop-off times in cases of repeated tardiness.
Late Pick-Up
If a child is picked up more than 5 minutes past their scheduled end time, a $1 per minute fee will be applied until pick-up.
Billing of Fees

Charges are summarized at the end of each month.

All outstanding balances must be paid prior to insurance re-authorization (every 6 months).

Repeated late pick-ups, session interruptions, or no-shows may result in suspension of services.
Schedule Changes

Client schedules cannot be modified without prior approval from the insurance company.

Families may request changes, but processing new authorizations can take up to 3 weeks.

SuperStar ABA operates on a block schedule:

8:00 AM – 12:00 PM

12:00 PM – 4:00 PM

8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Exceptions may be considered if staffing and insurance authorizations permit.

Our priority is to provide uninterrupted, high-quality services for your child. We prefer not to charge fees; these policies exist to ensure consistency, respect for staff schedules, and steady progress for our clients.
