   Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – Now Hiring!

   As an RBT at SuperStar ABA, you’ll receive hands-on training in play-based therapy methods and ongoing supervision from experienced BCBAs.

   Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism and developmental delays.

  • Support goals in communication, socialization, play, and self-care.

  • Follow treatment plans designed by BCBAs and collect data daily.

  • Share progress with caregivers and supervisors.

  • Maintain a safe, engaging, and positive learning environment.

  • Bring creativity, energy, and fun into every session.

   What We’re Looking For:

   Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma (required)

  • Must obtain RBT certification within 90 days of hire (we provide support)

  • Current CPR certification (reimbursed)

  • TB test and background check (reimbursed)

  • At least 18 years old with valid ID

  • Preferred: prior experience with children, valid driver’s license, reliable transportation

   Fieldwork Program for BCBA Candidates

   SuperStar ABA offers a structured fieldwork program to support aspiring Board Certified Behavior Analysts.    Candidates receive:

  • Supervision from multiple qualified BCBAs

  • Hands-on training in assessment, treatment planning, behavior intervention, parent training, and data analysis

  • Access to a complete 5th Edition BACB Task List curriculum

  • Program offered at no cost to employees, with no extra commitments after certification

   Our candidates have achieved a 100% pass rate on the BACB exam.

   Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) – Now Hiring!

   We are seeking a Clinical Supervisor to design and oversee ABA programs in a center-based setting.

   

   Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and skills assessments

  • Develop treatment plans across key domains (communication, play, self-care, social skills, feeding, toileting, etc.)

  • Supervise RBTs and BCBA candidates

  • Provide parent training and ensure treatment integrity

  • Monitor client progress and update programs as needed

  • Maintain a safe, positive learning environment

   Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in ABA or related field

  • Current BCBA certification

  • CPR/BLS certification

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills

  • Minimum one year of supervisory/clinical experience

   Schedule & Benefits:

  • Full-time, center-based (no travel required)

  • Monday–Friday, 7:45am–4:15pm

  • Minimum 30 billable hours per week

   Our Hiring Process: What to Expect

   At SuperStar ABA Center, we’re always looking for compassionate, energetic, and creative people who want to make a difference in the lives of children. If you’re passionate about evidence-based care and committed to providing excellent ABA therapy, we would love to meet you!

   Understanding our hiring process can help you feel confident and prepared as you take the first step toward joining our team.

   RBTs and Behavior Technicians

  • A short virtual call (20–30 minutes) with our recruiter.

  • An on-site interview to meet the team and tour our center.

  • Typical timeline: 3–4 days from initial conversation to offer.

   Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)

  • Initial video interview scheduled within 24 hours.

  • Follow-up conversations with our Clinical Director and leadership team (virtual or in-center).

  • Typical timeline: 2–3 days from first contact to decision.

   Administrative & Operations Roles

  • First interview with our recruiter.

  • Second round with center leadership, which may include an in-person visit.

  • Typical timeline: up to 1 week.

   Before Your Interview

   We’re excited to get to know you, and we want you to get to know us too! Be ready to share examples from your background—whether or not you’ve worked in ABA before. Skills from other fields (teaching, caregiving, customer service, coaching, etc.) can be very relevant.

We also encourage you to explore SuperStar ABA’s mission and come prepared with a few questions for us.

   During the Interview

   Our goal is to understand your strengths and how you might fit into our collaborative culture. We’ll introduce you to the team, explain what a typical day looks like, and talk about how we support ongoing professional development.

   

   You might be asked questions like:

  • Why do you want to work with children with autism?

  • Can you give an example of how you worked through a challenging situation?

  • How do you manage your time and stay organized?

  • How do you handle feedback and apply it to improve your work?
